Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of highly scalable, secure, and performant web applications using React and Node.js.
- Drive technical excellence by establishing best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners and UI/UX Designers, to transform ambitious concepts into production-ready features.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to foster a culture of growth.
- Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities within the full-stack ecosystem.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge in the digital marketplace.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development within a high-growth tech environment.
- Mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Proven track record with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) database design and optimization.
- Strong understanding of GraphQL API design and implementation.
- Solid grasp of web security protocols, OAuth2, and performance tuning strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
