Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Develop ETL pipelines and data governance frameworks ensuring data quality
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in ML operations
- Research and implement novel NLP techniques for unstructured data analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ML project implementations
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
