Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps to ship high-impact features.
- Optimize application performance and reliability by implementing best practices in database design and API development.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability, scalability, and adherence to security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical design workshops.
- Analyze system bottlenecks and implement automated solutions to enhance developer productivity.
- Work in an Agile environment with a focus on continuous integration and delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Strong background in server-side development using Node.js and RESTful/GraphQL API design.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value.
