Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js ecosystems.
- Optimize front-end and back-end performance to ensure seamless user experiences and high load capacity.
- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, write technical documentation, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a focus on React and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SCSS).
- Deep understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Context API, Recoil) and HTTP protocols.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
