Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React and Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput for critical financial transactions.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive user data and ensure compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term architectural improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with database technologies, including PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Demonstrated ability to write unit and integration tests with high coverage rates.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
