Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and develop robust, scalable front-end and back-end architecture for our core SaaS platforms.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards (e.g., Clean Code, SOLID principles).
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability and reduce technical debt.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with deep experience in React or Angular for frontend.
- Backend: Strong understanding of Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
