Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Architect robust backend APIs and microservices to support high-traffic environments.
- Lead code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions that shape product direction.
- Troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and ensure 99.9% system uptime.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Next.js preferred), and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database design, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
