Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver user-centric features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of growth.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure all code is compliant with industry best practices, security standards, and company coding guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Expert knowledge of React.js and Node.js ecosystems.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
