Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles from concept to launch, ensuring scalability and taste consistency.
- Conduct rigorous sensory evaluations and quality assurance testing on raw materials and finished goods.
- Manage laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and regulatory affairs.
- Research and implement emerging food technologies and processing methods.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related scientific discipline (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in R&D within the food and beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations (FDA/FSMA) and labeling requirements.
- Strong proficiency in HACCP, GMP, and sensory analysis techniques.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
