Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets including fine dining restaurants and bars
- Develop and implement innovative menus aligned with culinary trends
- Manage inventory control, cost analysis, and budget adherence
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff (15+ team members)
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Resolve guest inquiries and maintain exceptional service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
- Minimum 5 years F&B management experience in luxury establishments
- Proven track record in revenue generation and cost control
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
