Responsibilities
- Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple dining venues
- Develop and execute seasonal beverage menus with innovative concepts
- Train and lead 50+ service staff through performance coaching
- Manage inventory control and cost optimization (target <15% food cost)
- Collaborate with chefs on menu development and pairings
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and licensing
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Host VIP events and cultivate high-profile client relationships
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive F&B management experience in luxury venues
- Advanced sommelier certification or mixology expertise
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen in P&L management and budgeting
- Exceptional knowledge of wine/spirits/beer categories
- NYC Health Department certification required
- Fluency in English; Spanish/French preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
