Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with brand vision and market trends
- Oversee daily operations of high-volume dining establishments (150+ seats)
- Manage inventory control, cost analysis, and P&L optimization
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (chefs, sommeliers, service staff)
- Implement innovative menu engineering and seasonal programming
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and sustainability standards
- Analyze consumer data to drive revenue growth and guest retention
Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive F&B management experience in luxury/hotel environments
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and cost controls
- Advanced certification from NRA or equivalent hospitality institution
- Expertise in inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle, Micros)
- Strong wine/spirits knowledge and beverage program development skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with talent development experience
- Proficiency in POS systems and data analytics platforms
