Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver world-class service consistently across all touchpoints.
- Drive financial performance through strategic P&L management, revenue optimization, and rigorous cost control.
- Cultivate high-value relationships with VIP guests, corporate partners, and local stakeholders.
- Develop and implement innovative guest experience programs that set new benchmarks in the luxury sector.
- Oversee all property maintenance, health and safety compliance, and capital expenditure projects.
- Champion staff development and retention through mentorship and a modern leadership approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and digital presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in 5-star luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million pound budgets and achieving RevPAR targets.
- Deep understanding of the London hospitality market and international luxury trends.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to resolve complex guest issues with grace.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in modern PMS and CRS platforms.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field is highly preferred.
