Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a 20-member guest relations team to deliver personalized service exceeding international luxury standards
- Design and implement innovative guest experience programs integrating Balinese cultural elements
- Oversee VIP guest operations including celebrity athletes and international dignitaries
- Analyze guest satisfaction metrics to develop data-driven service improvement strategies
- Coordinate with F&B and spa departments to create seamless multi-venue experiences
- Manage crisis resolution protocols for service recovery situations
- Develop training modules focusing on cultural sensitivity and anticipatory service
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years luxury hospitality management experience with 3+ in guest relations leadership
- Proven track record of increasing guest satisfaction scores by 20%+
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Advanced certification from Les Roches or similar hospitality institution
- Expertise in Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Deep knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and cultural protocols
- Strong financial acumen in budget management and revenue optimization
- Crisis management certification (e.g., American Hotel & Lodging Association)
