Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive F&B management experience in luxury/hotel environments
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and cost efficiency
- Advanced knowledge of mixology, wine programs, and culinary trends
- Certified Sommelier or mixology certification preferred
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
