Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight of all F&B outlets including fine dining, lounge, and banquet facilities
- Develop and execute innovative menus aligned with global culinary trends and local flavors
- Manage P&L responsibilities with annual budget of $8M+ and achieve 15% YoY growth
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management for 50+ F&B professionals
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and Singapore's food safety regulations
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium suppliers and industry influencers
- Implement digital solutions for inventory management and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts with 10+ years progressive F&B leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in luxury hotel/restaurant environments
- Advanced certification in Food Safety Management (e.g., HACCP, ServeSafe)
- Deep expertise in Singapore's F&B regulatory landscape and market dynamics
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Strong network within Singapore's culinary and supplier ecosystem
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Malay preferred
