Responsibilities
- Oversee daily reservation operations including bookings, modifications, and cancellations with 99% accuracy
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 reservation specialists through coaching and performance reviews
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Implement and manage property management systems (Opera) to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop seasonal promotions and packages to drive direct bookings and revenue growth
- Handle VIP guest requests and complex itineraries with personalized service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in luxury hotel reservations with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Opera property management system and channel managers
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills highly valued
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through strategic booking management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret P&L reports and market data
- Certification in Revenue Management (e.g., eCornell) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
