Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily reservation operations including bookings, modifications, and cancellations with 99% accuracy
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 reservation specialists through coaching and performance reviews
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Implement and manage property management systems (Opera) to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop seasonal promotions and packages to drive direct bookings and revenue growth
  • Handle VIP guest requests and complex itineraries with personalized service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in luxury hotel reservations with 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Expert proficiency in Opera property management system and channel managers
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills highly valued
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through strategic booking management
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret P&L reports and market data
  • Certification in Revenue Management (e.g., eCornell) preferred
