Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive F&B strategies across multiple premium dining venues
- Drive P&L optimization through cost control, menu engineering, and revenue management
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service standards and brand consistency
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium suppliers and industry innovators
- Implement digital transformation initiatives for reservation systems and guest engagement
- Oversee talent acquisition, training, and retention for front-of-house and kitchen teams

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in senior F&B leadership with luxury hospitality or fine dining background
- Proven track record of achieving 20%+ revenue growth in competitive markets
- Advanced certification in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
- Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and sustainability practices
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Strong vendor negotiation skills and supply chain optimization experience
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Malay preferred
