You'll mentor world-class culinary teams while maintaining uncompromising standards for quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive F&B strategies across 5+ premium venues
- Lead menu innovation and concept development aligned with global culinary trends
- Manage P&L with focus on revenue optimization and cost control
- Build and mentor high-performing F&B teams through training and development
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, HALAL, and Singapore's strict food safety regulations
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium suppliers and industry leaders
- Drive digital transformation in F&B operations and guest experiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive F&B management in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record in multi-venue operations with significant revenue
- Culinary degree or equivalent industry certifications essential
- Fluency in English with additional Asian language proficiency highly valued
- Expertise in Singaporean regulatory compliance and licensing
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management success
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
