Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations ensuring exceptional service standards across all departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgetary controls, P&L analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain premium service delivery
- Implement sustainability practices and eco-friendly initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in resort operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management experience
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and eco-tourism practices
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
