Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data and business requirements to design, develop, and implement robust financial systems and software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Risk Management, and Operations, to ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance tuning to optimize banking operations.
- Lead the documentation of system requirements, workflows, and technical specifications for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding new financial system features and functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.
- Experience with core banking systems (e.g., FIS, Temenos) and ERP solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, CFA, or Project+ are highly desirable.
