Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise risk management strategies aligned with regulatory requirements (Basel III/IV)
- Lead stress testing scenarios and capital adequacy modeling for complex portfolios
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to quantify and mitigate market, credit, and operational risks
- Develop risk dashboards and executive reports using advanced analytics tools
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in risk methodologies
- Ensure compliance with OCC, Fed, and international regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years of progressive risk management experience in banking/financial services
- FRM, PRM, or CFA designation required
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and risk modeling platforms (SAS/R)
- Demonstrated experience with Basel frameworks and regulatory reporting
- Proven ability to translate complex risk concepts into actionable business insights
