Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure precision in financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP standards.
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors for seamless annual reviews.
- Develop and implement sophisticated internal controls to safeguard company assets and improve data accuracy.
- Provide strategic variance analysis and financial forecasting to support the CFO and leadership team.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and technical mastery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s in Accountancy (MAcc) preferred.
- Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is strictly required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a Big 4 or top-tier corporate environment.
- Expert proficiency in advanced Excel functions and enterprise ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable narratives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
