Qualifications
- 8+ years in financial services risk management
- Expertise in Basel III/IV frameworks and IFRS 9 standards
- Advanced proficiency in Python/R and SQL for data modeling
- CFA/FRM certification required
- Proven experience with stress testing and scenario analysis tools
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and DeFi risk landscapes
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative discipline
