Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced risk models to predict market trends and credit risks.
- Conduct thorough stress testing and scenario analysis for the executive board.
- Monitor regulatory changes (Basel III, Dodd-Frank) and ensure organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and auditors.
- Lead the mentorship of junior analysts and contribute to the risk culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or banking.
- CFA or FRM certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and financial regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
