Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Develop robust financial models to evaluate new market opportunities and investment performance.
- Partner with department heads to manage operational expenses and drive cost-optimization strategies.
- Perform variance analysis and translate complex data sets into actionable executive-level insights.
- Enhance internal financial reporting frameworks to improve transparency and accuracy.
- Support the CFO in investor relations and capital allocation strategy.
- Mentor a team of junior analysts to foster a culture of analytical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on executive storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate tax regulations.
