Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements with high precision.
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to senior leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with risk management, treasury, and investment teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Automate financial reporting processes using SQL and Python to reduce manual errors and increase reporting velocity.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide strategic recommendations for portfolio optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a related role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert level knowledge of Excel (VBA, Macros) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA/MS) is a strong plus.
- CFA or CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management frameworks, and banking products.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level presentations.
