- Automation & Efficiency: Design and implement automated ETL processes to streamline reporting and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise visualizations and reports for C-suite executives and investment committees.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices across the financial engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or quantitative research within the banking sector.
- Tools: Familiarity with financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, SAP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
