Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end/year-end close processes
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Mentor finance team members and foster collaborative culture
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
