Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure GAAP compliance across all entities
- Lead financial audits and implement internal control frameworks
- Develop cash flow forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Manage team of 5 accounting professionals through performance coaching
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning initiatives

Qualifications
