Responsibilities
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all business units
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and accounting operations
- Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional finance teams
