Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A transactions and portfolio valuation
- Analyze market trends to inform $500M+ investment decisions
- Lead quarterly board presentations with actionable financial insights
- Optimize capital allocation strategies across 12+ portfolio companies
- Design and implement KPI dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Ensure SOX compliance in financial reporting processes
- Mentor junior analysts on advanced Excel and Bloomberg Terminal techniques
Qualifications
- CPA or CFA certification with 5+ years in investment banking/PE
- Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) and valuation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, VBA) and financial software (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Proven track record of presenting to C-suite and investment committees
- Deep understanding of SEC regulations and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Quantitative finance background with statistical analysis experience
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
