Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate budget execution and resource allocation.
- Perform external benchmarking and industry research to provide competitive insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and valuation techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
