Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting operations including month-end/quarter-end close processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage banking relationships and optimize working capital strategies
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance initiatives
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through structured training programs
- Drive process automation and digital transformation in financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA required
- 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in controller role
- Expertise in SEC reporting and multi-entity consolidation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience in fintech or financial services sector
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
