Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive stakeholders
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounting team and mentor junior professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Drive process improvements in financial operations
- Manage external audits and regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 8+ years in accounting with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in public accounting or high-growth companies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
