Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with IFRS and GAAP.
- Perform rigorous variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with senior management to present financial insights and drive decision-making processes.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and manage capital allocation strategies.
- Streamline financial reporting procedures and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or ACA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Expert proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical data to non-financial stakeholders.
