Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Coordinate the preparation of internal and external financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity and risk mitigation.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and automated reporting workflows.
- Provide strategic analysis of financial performance to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into executive summaries.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to professional ethics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities effectively.
