Responsibilities
- Analyze complex insurance portfolios using predictive modeling and actuarial techniques
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for property/casualty and specialty lines
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to refine policy terms and pricing structures
- Monitor regulatory compliance across state and federal insurance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement advanced risk analytics tools
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining accurate risk documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of property/casualty insurance risk assessment experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS statistical software
- ARM or CPCU designation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success with predictive modeling in insurance contexts
- Expert knowledge of NAIC regulations and state-specific insurance laws
- Strong presentation skills for communicating complex risk concepts
