Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Manage SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Mentor junior finance professionals and develop team capabilities
Qualifications
- CPA/CAC/Master's degree in Finance/Accounting
- 8+ years in finance with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in IFRS and Singapore FRS
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel modeling
- Experience with multinational corporate structures
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
