Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic business decisions and capital allocation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive stakeholders.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements by analyzing operational data and market trends.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate budgets and strategic plans.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA/ACA qualification is a plus).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management.
