Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Lead financial reporting initiatives including SEC filings and investor communications
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage a team of 5+ accounting professionals through mentorship and performance development
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic financial planning and M&A activities
- Analyze financial data to identify cost optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years in public accounting and corporate finance
- Proven experience leading SOX compliance programs and financial reporting
- Expertise in ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle) with system integration experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and data visualization tools
- Strong background in investment accounting or financial services
- Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional finance teams
- MBA or Master's in Finance preferred
