- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks

- Manage a team of 5+ finance professionals through performance coaching
- Drive process optimization using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Prepare board-level financial presentations and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 7+ years in corporate finance or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics tools
- Experience managing multi-currency transactions and international operations
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments
