Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Manage consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with department heads.
- Oversee internal controls and optimize accounting workflows for efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits.
- Provide actionable financial insights to the CFO to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Active CPA license is strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of tax compliance and regulatory frameworks.
