Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure GAAP and SOX compliance.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Oversee tax filing procedures and coordinate with external tax advisors.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and internal controls.
- Prepare high-level financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification required.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct).
- Exceptional knowledge of GAAP and regulatory accounting standards.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
