Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 7+ years of commercial insurance underwriting experience
- CPCU or AU designation preferred
- Expertise in risk modeling, data analytics, and policy structuring
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to balance client needs and business objectives
- Proficiency in underwriting software (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire)
