You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, working directly with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure long-term stability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all corporate accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL, and revenue recognition.
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with precision.
- Develop and manage financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain robust internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for annual filings.
- Manage the treasury function and optimize corporate cash flow.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Advanced data modeling skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI tools.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
