- Develop and execute comprehensive tax planning strategies for multinational corporations
- Lead IRS audits and state tax controversies with strategic precision
- Mentor and develop a high-performing tax team of 5+ professionals
- Drive M&A tax due diligence and post-merger integration
- Optimize international tax structures and transfer pricing methodologies
- Stay ahead of evolving tax legislation (US GAAP, IFRS, IRS regulations)
Qualifications
- CPA certification with 8+ years of progressive tax experience
- Expertise in federal, state, and international tax compliance
- Proven success managing complex tax audits and controversies
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (Vertex, OnePoint, Thomson Reuters)
- Strong background in tax provision (ASC 740) and FIN 48
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Master's degree in Taxation or relevant field preferred
