Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles for key business units.
- Perform complex variance analysis to explain differences between actuals and forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
- Prepare high-level monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for board members and external stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting of revenue streams and operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business narratives.
