Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for executive stakeholders and board members
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units
- Direct accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
- Lead external audit coordination and tax compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 8+ years in accounting with 3+ years in controller-level role
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Strong leadership experience managing finance teams of 5+
- Background in investment banking or private equity preferred
- CIA or CMA certification a plus
