Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Manage team of 5+ finance professionals and develop talent pipeline
- Implement and optimize ERP systems for operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in financial controls and processes
- Partner with C-suite on strategic financial planning and M&A activities
- Ensure SOX compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 8+ years post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in controller or senior accounting leadership roles
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong M&A transaction experience and due diligence skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Experience managing finance teams in multinational corporations
- Demonstrated success in process optimization and cost reduction
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and international financial reporting standards
